A.D. Engineering's AD307 VSLS (Variable Speed Limit Sign) can display any speed limit from 0 to 199 using it's full matrix digits panel. Other alphanumeric characters and simple graphics can also be displayed on the 40 (wide) x 20(high) LED pixel matrix.
